Group coaching confidentiality agreement
- Safe space principle
- To build trust, safety, and open vulnerability within the group, all personal stories, insights, business details, and experiences shared during group coaching sessions are strictly confidential.
- No external sharing
- You agree not to discuss, share, record, or disclose any fellow group member’s personal or private information outside of the group environment, including on social media, with family or friends, or in public forums.
- Peer-to-peer boundaries
- Any private side discussions or personal details shared between members outside of the formal group coaching calls must also be treated with complete confidentiality.
- Breach policy
- Respecting privacy is essential to the community. A breach of group confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the group coaching program without a refund.

The coaching services provided by Grace & Humility Restored are for personal growth, educational, and spiritual guidance purposes only. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, psychotherapy, or medical diagnosis and treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, clinical depression, anxiety, or medical issues, please consult a licensed healthcare professional or mental health provider.
Personal responsibility
By scheduling coaching sessions, I acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. I am fully responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as my actions and choices made in connection with coaching sessions.
Group coaching reschedule policy
- Fixed group schedule
- Because group coaching sessions depend on the collective schedule of multiple participants, individual group sessions cannot be rescheduled for single members.
- No refunds or makeups
- Missed group sessions are non-refundable and cannot be credited, refunded, or swapped for a one-on-one coaching call.
- Full group reschedules
- In the rare event that the coach needs to reschedule a live session, the group will be given advance notice and provided with alternative dates, a pre-recorded lesson, or an extended session to cover the material.
